This month is pretty good, except for the big slide 10K-11K hand.
then it's all uphill from there.
i have to say, it's not as easy, i notice to collective field has increase in skill level compare to last year, more tough decision.
I consider Month of FEB well play, consider that my all-in were -$380, But again, this just tell me that i have improve compare to Jan.2008. I no longer require to run good to make a profit, and i make profit while running bad as well.
I still need to study more on my game, i notice there were alot leak and holes i can patch up.

Hi all
i'm currently in montreal. didn't get a chance to play much, but after beats from yesturday, i didn't want to get back to action so soon.
I went to staples here, they got some vista compatible webcam for $9.95...wow, and next class up is 50bux, then 100bux. Difference? $9.95 are 480x320, $50 are 640x480. $100 one are 1.2 or 2.00megapixel.....not really sure what i need.
anyway, get back to action, I pickup from yesturday, nothing has change......thanks Fulltiltpoker....I did manage to do some stuff, and end the day with positive $$.
It's always nice to end the last day of the month with surplus.
I Made Iron Man this month, this is 6th month, i have enroll in Iron man promotion.

Today, WTF...that is all i have to say.
Start the day just running bad, and continue to run bad.
over all a bad night. I try play strong poker, but there is just so much beat and suckout i can take in a night, before tilting off more money.....
i think my play starting to weak around Hand 950. then i tilt off some money after that......

all though my all-in luck is still ......... it's may not seem much, but it will addup overtime.
the EV FEB27 Graphic....I think i'm value betting too much, it could lead to costly mistake, something i have to watchout.
I don't think i have mention, but ever since i find low stake NL ($1) beatable, i have taken alot of shot at it. so for only 4500Hands on it. small sample size, but things definely looking good.

Today, is not a good day.i have took some brutal beat, some bluff i pick off, then they suck out on me.......1 outter, 2 outter, runner runner.you name it, it's there.
I am very happy with my performance, with bad day like this, i usually lose money,and cry about it. but now, i can see myself really improving and taking my games to the next level.
win or lose, it ain't matter, it's mental game, i just go out there, play tough, making the best decision, I give myself best chance to win. if that ain't enough. it's ok. It's only a pot, i will win in the long run.
In the middle of brutality, i notice the beat is getting to me. as i notice my games has change to a bit on the passive side. Lucky for me, i notice it. and start playing right.
Take the fight to the lucky donky and lucky fishes.after a high variance night, i endup making $0.30.....lol
I think it's not bad. consider the # of beats i got.
Day like this, it's a big confidence booster for me, Never in the history of my poker career, I can eat so much beats, and still come up ahead.

Today is another good day. My only complaint is my sister, she disturb me while i was in the zone......
I am not sure what's up with my ALL-IN. I haven't have a day where my all-in come out winning........i always get it in with best then coming out short. I'm getting the vista webcam sometime this week, so videos from now on, and i hit a wall with the video session. the video eighter come out too big, or quality is just bad that is unwatchable..... not sure if i should spent the money for camasta but......

HI all
I sort of took a break on the 23rd. went out with a few friend for movie and food.
Who say i was addicted.....lol
Today is a good day. I feel like i was in the zone, making the right call, laydown the big hand that would cost me money.(the other player show his/her nutz), everything look good, except for my ALL Lucky, i was loosing money on the all-in. sometime I making amazing call, then get suckout.......but that doesn't bother me today. as i'm playing good.

Most of time i play well, . however i got AA crack twice on the same table, 10 minute apart.
I have AA all-in Preflop with KK, and K comes on the turn. nothing i can do.
on second AA. i figure this has be to good, since back to back AA crack is not possible. this hand will win 90% of time, and 80% again any other pocket pair.
i should know better. AA vs JJ, and he hit his set on the flop.
I am so mad at myself for that, because i should have get away from that, but i didn't. I guess this area i have to work on.
after a day of play, I won $5bux..........only if i have wakeup and play better, i would of won some decent amount, but mistake always costly.

Today, I taking the midnight flight back to toronto, and i have to go straight to work.... :(

I can't sleep during the red eye flights, so no poker tonight.

To sum it up, some guy is complaint that he hit a downswings.

Only for a winning player.

Having Pokertracker/PokerOffice does not make you a winning player.

Posting here does not make you a winning player.

Having VP$IP/PFR stats close to whatever you think is ideal does not make you a winning player.

To win, you need to be making good decisions. You need to outplay your opponents by more than the rake.

This is what downswings look like:

If your losses are larger than your wins, you should not call them a downswing.

I found this to be excellent, 95% of poker players are losing players, and alot of players just blame it on bad luck, or downswing....whatever!!!

Yes, it's hard to believe 100million poker players, only 5 million are making the cut.

* 80% of players are losing player. 15% that is breakeven will eventually lose over long period of time.

Today, I certainly can't complaint.
Having a really good day, but after looking at my EV and luck graphic, -$39 dollar on ALL-IN,so I guess i'm doing a good job on value bet.
Torromow Night I take flight out of Edmonton, and back to Toronto.
On the side note, i didn't know there two different EV Graphic, one for showdown, and one for All-in. I just learn that today. incase if you are confuse about all-in Graphic looks different.i'll post both Graphic plus Grapher.
